Mechanical Site Manager – City of London
£75,000 + Package

We are recruiting a Mechanical Site Manager for an established main contractor with a £700m turnover, delivering a commercial fit-out project with an M&E value of £30m.

You will oversee mechanical installations on site, coordinate subcontractors and monitor progress, ensuring works meet programme, quality and health & safety requirements.

Requirements:

  • A strong mechanical background and experience managing mechanical works on commercial projects.

  • A relevant C&G, NVQ, HNC, HND or degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical Installations.

  • Strong coordination, communication and site management skills.
