Mechanical Site Manager – Tier 1 Main Contractor

Location: Central London
Salary: £75,000 – £80,000

Project: 8-Floor CAT A Office Fit Out

We are recruiting for a Mechanical Site Manager to join a leading Tier 1 Main Contractor on a major CAT A commercial office fit-out in Central London.

The successful candidate will take responsibility for the mechanical services across an 8-floor office fit-out, working alongside the Electrical Lead and wider project team to ensure the M&E package is delivered safely, on programme and to a high standard.

The Role

• Manage mechanical subcontractors and site activities

• Oversee installation of mechanical services throughout the project

• Manage programme, quality and health & safety

• Coordinate with the Electrical Lead, Project Manager and design teams

• Attend progress and coordination meetings

• Monitor subcontractor performance and resolve site issues

• Manage testing, commissioning and handover

What We’re Looking For

Ideally you will have a strong Mechanical Site Manager / Mechanical Manager background, preferably having worked for an M&E Contractor before moving into Main Contracting.

Experience delivering commercial office fit-out projects in Central London would be highly advantageous.
