Electrical Supervisor – Industrial Project
Location: Fleet, Hampshire
Rate: £280 per day
Duration: Until January 2027
Start: ASAP
Kedro Search are looking for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to work on a large industrial project in Fleet.
You will be responsible for supervising a team of approximately 10 electrical operatives, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently and to the required standard.
Works will include:

High-level containment installation

Distribution board (DB) installation
-
Wiring and cabling
-
General industrial electrical installation
-
Coordinating and supervising approximately 10 operatives

Monitoring productivity and quality of works
-
Ensuring health & safety standards are maintained
-
Liaising with site management regarding progress and programme
-
Making sure materials and labour are organised to keep works moving
Requirements:
-
Previous experience supervising electrical teams on industrial or commercial projects

Strong knowledge of containment, DBs and wiring installations
-
SSSTS or SMSTS preferred
-
Valid ECS/JIB card
-
Good organisational and leadership skills
-
Able to manage a team and drive productivity on site
Rate: £280 per day
The project is currently programmed to run until January 2027, offering a good run of work for the right person.
