Health, Safety & Well Being
Kedro Search “Health & Safety” is imbedded with our core values. We expect our performance to be at the highest level in respect to our employees, and others involved or affected by our activities. We are fully committed to continue improving and being proactive in health, safety and the wellbeing of everyone at all levels.
Our Vision is to keep our excellent record of a 100% “Injury-Free Environment” which is more than safety, it’s a culture of care and concern for all of our people, and others with engage with which encourage everybody to accept responsibility for their own and their colleagues’ wellbeing”
Our vision and values and principles:
• We will work safely or not at all.
• The health, safety and wellbeing of our employees is our paramount concern and must never be compromised by any other objectives.
• Health, safety and wellbeing is everyone’s responsibility and promote from within.
• All of the Kedro people exhibit the desired proactive behaviours, visible leadership and have an understanding of health and safety hazards and risks that affect our operations and the wellbeing of individuals.
• Provide healthy and safe working conditions, equipment and systems
• A commitment to consult with and provide opportunities for participation of workers, and where they exist, workers’ representatives, in matters related to Health and Safety
• To have the highest level of performance and care for all those who come into contact with our people. We achieve this by continually educating our entire workforce in this area.

During 2020 we will:
• Provide focus, leadership and competence in occupational health, safety and wellbeing management.
• Increase leadership and empower people to speak up at every level of the organisation.
• Further develop our Injury-Free Environment culture and behaviours.
• Further develop our Injury-Free Environment culture and behaviours.
• Reinforce the responsibility of individuals to stop work when it is unsafe to continue.
• Keep track of any incidences and put in place ways to extinguish this from reoccurring.
